These crab cocktail shooters take the classic seafood cocktail to the next level with fresh, vibrant flavors and elegant presentation. Sweet Heron Point lump crab meat pairs perfectly with creamy avocado, juicy tomato, and crisp lettuce, all topped with a bold Bloody Mary mix that adds just the right amount of kick. They’re light, refreshing, and sophisticated—ideal for cocktail hours, dinner parties, or summer celebrations. Serve chilled for a stunning appetizer that always impresses.

 

Instructions

Bloody Mary

  1. Combine and stir all ingredients together, chill in refrigerator and infuse for at least 2 hours
  2. Strain mix through a fine mesh sieve
  3. Fill the pipettes half full

To Build

  1. Slice avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove pit
  2. Spoon flesh out of the avocado and cut into 40 large pieces
  3. Quarter each tomato lengthwise and carefully remove flesh
  4. Cut each quarter into 5 evenly diced pieces
  5. Build each pipette by layering with a piece of crabmeat, ripped lettuce, sliced tomato, and avocado. Serve immediately.
