Bloody Mary Mix
- 3/4 Cup Tomato Juice
- 3/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 3/4 Tsp Horseradish
- 1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Dash Hot Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Vodka
To Serve
- 6 Oz Heron Point Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 1/3 Head Artisan Lettuce or Romaine
- 1 Ea Plum Tomato, large dice
- 1 1/2 Ea Avocado, large dice
Instructions
Bloody Mary
- Combine and stir all ingredients together, chill in refrigerator and infuse at least 2 hours
- Strain mix through a fine mesh sieve
- Fill the pipettes half full
To Build
- Slice avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove pit
- Spoon flesh out of the avocado and cut into 40 large pieces
- Quarter each tomato lengthwise and carefully remove flesh
- Cut each quarter into 5 evenly diced pieces
- Build each pipette by layering with a piece of crabmeat, ripped lettuce, sliced tomato, and avocado. Serve immediately.
