Bloody Mary Mix

3/4 Cup

Tomato Juice

3/4 Tsp

Lemon Juice

2 Tsp

Salt

1/8 Tsp

Black Pepper

1/8 Tsp

Smoked Paprika

2 3/4 Tsp

Horseradish

1 Dash

Worcestershire Sauce

1 Dash

Hot Sauce

4 Tbsp

Vodka

To Serve

Heron Point Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1/3 Head

Artisan Lettuce or Romaine

1 Ea

Plum Tomato, large dice

1 1/2 Ea

Avocado, large dice

Instructions

Bloody Mary

  1. Combine and stir all ingredients together, chill in refrigerator and infuse at least 2 hours
  2. Strain mix through a fine mesh sieve
  3. Fill the pipettes half full

To Build

  1. Slice avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove pit
  2. Spoon flesh out of the avocado and cut into 40 large pieces
  3. Quarter each tomato lengthwise and carefully remove flesh
  4. Cut each quarter into 5 evenly diced pieces
  5. Build each pipette by layering with a piece of crabmeat, ripped lettuce, sliced tomato, and avocado. Serve immediately.
