Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Split jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds
- Combine and stir cream cheese, crabmeat, ½ of the Monterey Jack, salt & pepper and parsley
- Disperse mixture among jalapeño halves. Top with remaining cheese and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake until golden brown and warmed through, about 12-15 minutes
