Bloody Mary Mix
- 2 Cup Tomato Juice
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Horseradish
- 3 Dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Dash Hot Sauce
- 2/3 Cup Vodka
To Serve
- 16 Oz Heron Point Colossal or Jumbo Lump crab meat
- 1 Head Artisan Lettuce or Romaine
- 2 Ea Plum Tomato, large dice
- 4 Ea Avocado, large dice

Instructions
Bloody Mary
- Combine and stir all ingredients together, chill in refrigerator and infuse for at least 2 hours
- Strain mix through a fine mesh sieve
- Fill the pipettes half full
To Build
- Slice avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove pit
- Spoon flesh out of the avocado and cut into 40 large pieces
- Quarter each tomato lengthwise and carefully remove flesh
- Cut each quarter into 5 evenly diced pieces
- Build each pipette by layering with a piece of crabmeat, ripped lettuce, sliced tomato, and avocado. Serve immediately.
